backup & recovery for HubSpot

Your CRM, with an undo button.

Restor keeps a continuous, versioned copy of every contact, company, deal, and ticket in your HubSpot portal — so a bad import, a rogue workflow, or one wrong click never becomes a bad quarter.

WHY RESTOR EXISTS

HubSpot is your source of truth — but it has no memory. A bulk edit, a misfired workflow, or an offboarded admin can silently rewrite years of pipeline history. Native tools can't tell you what changed, when, or how to get it back. Restor can.

01 — CONNECT

One OAuth, two minutes

Authorize your portal with scoped, read-first permissions. Contacts, companies, deals, tickets, custom objects, and every association between them — covered from the first sync.

02 — VERSION

Every change, retained

Incremental syncs capture each edit as a new version — nothing overwritten, nothing discarded. Deletions and archived records are kept too, with the full trail of who-changed-what.

03 — RESTORE

Diff, pick, put back

Browse any record’s timeline, diff any version against live HubSpot, and restore a single field, one record, or thousands — associations intact, without touching what’s still correct.

FIELD-LEVEL DIFFS

Know exactly what changed — before you put it back

Most backup tools give you a nightly ZIP and a prayer. Restor gives you an answer: compare any version against the previous one, or against live HubSpot, property by property. Restore is surgical — you choose the fields, we leave everything else alone.

  • Diff previous · diff live, on every version
  • Single-field, single-record, or bulk restore
  • Associations restored with their records
  • Deleted & archived records recoverable

WHERE NATIVE TOOLS STOP

HubSpot can undelete a contact. It can't undo a Monday.

Recycling bins cover single deletions. They don't cover overwrites, bulk edits, lost associations, or "put everything back the way it was last night." That's the gap Restor closes.

BUILT FOR THE CAUTIOUS

A backup product has one job: be more careful than you are

Restor is built in the EU, for teams who read data-processing agreements before they sign them. Your backup never leaves its region, and even deletion follows a documented lifecycle.

EU DATA RESIDENCY

Backup contents are stored and processed in Frankfurt, EU — and stay in-region. Full stop.

ENCRYPTED STORAGE

Encrypted at rest and in transit. Disaster-recovery dumps are access-restricted and encrypted separately.

SCOPED ACCESS

One portal per organization, with explicitly granted scopes. Reconnecting replaces stored credentials — nothing lingers.

HONEST DELETION

Leave, and your data actually leaves: a 7-day grace period, then permanent deletion, with encrypted DR copies expiring within ~60 days.

FIRST SNAPSHOT TONIGHT

The best time to have a backup
was before the incident.

The second-best time is the next fifteen minutes.
